Many thanks to the multitude of volunteers, supporters and sponsors who made Park Your Arts 2008 a great success. We enjoyed a beautiful day on Main Street in Upper Marlboro and look forward to next year's festival on the Sunday after Labor Day, September 13, 2009.

Applications for fine artists and handcrafters interested in exhibiting at Park Your Arts 2009 will be available on this website soon. For more information, contact info@parkyourarts.com

Join us for two great events! Park Your Arts is combining with the Friends of the Upper Marlboro Library's fall fundraiser this year to bring you arts, music and books galore!

The third annual sidewalk arts and music festival and book sale will be held on the pedestrian mall between the Prince George’s County Administration Building and the courthouse on Main Street in the Town of Upper Marlboro.

Live music, storytelling and children's activities are featured thoughout the day with plenty of free parking! The County Fair's shuttle bus will make a special stop on Main Street for fair and festival goers.

Park Your Arts 2008 is sponsored by the Friends of the Upper Marlboro Library.

2007 Park Your Arts

Hundreds of Prince George's County residents enjoyed last year's festival, the second one following the inauguration of Park Your Arts during the Town of Upper Marlboro's tricentennial celebrations in 2006. We've added Books by the Bag this year, dozens more vendors of original, handcrafted art, and an Author's Alley, featuring award-winning local authors. Come and enjoy the music and children's activities in this beautiful shady setting right on Main Street on the last day of the county fair, Sunday, September 7.
